Orders & Shipping

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. As long as an order is not yet being prepared, it is possible to modify or cancel it. If the order is being processed, it cannot be modified, as it will be impossible to locate its progress in the warehouse. Please contact us immediately at bonjour@caurparis.com and we will help you the best we can. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can walk you through our return process.

Next-day shipping orders placed before 12pm PST will be processed and passed on to the shipper the same business day. Next-day shipping orders placed after 12pm PST will be shipped the following business day.
Note: If you place an order after 12pm PST on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following Monday.

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We currently do not accept prepaid Visa, prepaid Mastercard, or American Express Giftcards. We also accept payments via PayPal and Apple Pay.

For all shipped packages, we will send you the tracking number in an email. If you want to change the address or simply learn the whereabouts of your order, you can contact the carrier.

We do not offer digital gift cards yet.

We will send you a tracking number in a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

Purchases may be returned within 15 days after delivery.
Due to the preciseness of our returns process, please refrain from combining returns from multiple orders in one return package. In addition, please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
Note: All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all the tags that the item came with. If you have adjusted the length of your legging, you will no longer be able to return it.
Please note that if you were subject to a customs fee, we are unable to refund this fee with your order.
If you are not eligible for free return, shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Refunds may only be issued to the credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay account used to make the original purchase.

To request a return, simply alert us using the bonjour@caurparis.com email address.

You have 15 days from delivery date to return your purchase for a refund, should you be dissatisfied with the goods. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We do not operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size, a different design or another color, just place a new order online.

We do not offer an exchange service through our website www.caurparis.com. To order a new size, style or color of your chosen item, you simply have to place a new order online.

It takes our warehouse 7 to 10 days to receive and process refunds. We will send an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.

We have but one obsession: to offer you the most beautiful creations there are! If, despite all of our quality checks, there is a slight defect with your product, please contact our Customer Service department at bonjour@caurparis.com
Do not forget to send a picture of the item and defect in question – this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible!

Product & Sizing

Since our legging has 2 bartack stitches on the inseam, you can cut it to your desired length. Just remember, once you have trimmed the legging, you will not be able to return it. Make sure the fit is perfect before you personalize it.

As sizing varies within our range, we recommend using our size chart to better determine your ideal size.
A link to a 'size chart' with detailed measurements is included on each product page. As a note, measurements are indicated in centimeters and represent the circumference of waist, chest and hips.

If we are planning to restock your size, you will see an option to add your email address to a waiting list. Just click the "Waitlist" button and we will send you an email notification when the item is back in stock. If a product is out of stock, and you don't see a "Waitlist" button, it means we have not planned to restock that item just yet. We may receive some stock through orders returned to our warehouse, so definitely check again.

Yes. As we continue to grow, expanding our size range is on our mind. We currently offer sizes 2XS, XS, S, M, L, XL, and 2XL. If you are unsure of the size and fit of a product you love, email us at bonjour@caurparis.com for advice.


The QR code we equip our pieces with helps us communicate important messages to our consumers. If you own a CAUR garment, simply scan the QR code with your smartphone and enjoy information on manufacturing, sustainable features, discounts, as well as fitness and environmental videos. The QR code gives the brand's friends all the keys to awareness content created for them.


Ethic & Manufacturing

Every item is made in Portugal, and fabrics come from Italy and Portugal.

Our choice of materials is based on four main criteria: environmental impact, longevity, price, and quality of hand feel. These aspects are taken into consideration at every stage of the production process. At CAUR, we presently have five materials: one organic-certified cotton and four recycled synthetic fabrics. Our focus is to create new products by using existing waste. Every day, we refine our selection process by choosing materials with the least harmful impact on the environment.

Our aim is to produce high-quality garments at fair prices. We do not rely on intermediaries or distributors, which allows us to set the best prices while rewarding the savoir-faire of our factories.
